Exchange policy

CONDITION OF EXCHANGE 
Please carefully read through our exchange policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from Liitzys Boutique. 

Full exchange condition below 

-Item/s must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

-Item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags attached, unwashed and no perfume residue. 

-All returns recieved outside of the policy timeframe will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

No cancellation on PRE-ORDERS for a refund, however if your order has not been fulfilled, with the conformation from customer support we can cancel your PRE-ORDER item(s) for a store credit ONLY.

FINAL SALE
if FINAL SALE is stated in the description of a product it is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

*Item(s) on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you have recieved an item with a minor or major fault, please contact our customer care team [email protected] including photos of the item, clearly showing the tags still attached.

YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received an incorrect size, color or style to what you ordered, please contact our customer care team.

With photos of item/s and they will assist you further to resolve the issue.

PROCESSING TIMES
Once we receive your return please allow 5-10 business days for your exchange to be processed.
